THE COURAGE TO BE HUMAN

This is my personal site. UpSpiral is my company. Anything here that points you toward UpSpiral is me recommending my own work.

There comes a moment when you gotta stop asking which parts of yourself are worthy of love.

The tenderness, yes. The generosity. The astonishing capacity to open your heart to another human being.

But also the anger. The resentment. The cold and distant places where love seems to have abandoned you.

What if none of these were evidence of who you are?

What if they were simply the weather moving through the vast country of your being?

And what if love was never something you were meant to possess, or even become,

but the quiet, immeasurable space in which all of it is finally allowed to belong? ☀️
